I'm very positively surprised. Rarely have I met such a friendly and uncomplicated seller. From the beginning to the conclusion of the contract, everything went smoothly and easily. I was able to sell my old car without any problems and at a fair price. The new one was prepared by the company within 4 hours on the same day and I was then able to pick it up and take it with me on the same day. License plate and vignette for it Driving home to Vorarlberg was also provided by the company. So everything was great, I can only recommend it!!

Car was handed over in the following condition: Dirty rims, dirty wheel arches as well as the engine compartment. Engine hood insulation hangs down when opened. Tires with three different tread depths. Rear and front windshield wipers totally broken. Air conditioning not working, no gas pressure, leaky system. It's hard to understand where these 5 stars for this car dealer come from!

I bought an Audi A4. Top advice and top car. Unfortunately, after a week of purchase, an error popped up. I then spoke to AutoRoc, who then professionally remedied the problem. There were no additional costs for me. I'm super happy with my car and with AutoRoc and would buy a car there again at any time. Greetings Julia.

How should I describe it... Unfortunately, nowadays it is not a given that people can “simply” trust someone. We just stopped by ROC GmbH because the recessions were right and it also confirmed that there is a reason for it. We test drove 4 cars and the boss made time for us even though there was a lot going on that day. The advice, competence, friendliness, openness… just as it should be. Negative aspects of each vehicle were also mentioned and pointed out. The company's overall package is on a different level. We bought a vehicle and I'm very happy at the moment. I can't say what time will bring. A few small things that I found were responded to immediately and sorted out. I think we'll see each other again next time we buy. Definitely recommended by me.

We agreed to a "blind purchase", although I would always make a so-called blind purchase from this dealer... Top seller, super satisfied, friendly, helpful and competent... We had a transport to another federal state agreed, he had already organized everything, then we changed our mind and got the vehicle ourselves, they also mastered that confidently.
